“Just as you excel in everything–in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us–see that you also excel in this grace of giving.” 2 Corinthians 8:7
The work of Gospel Centre/Sanctuary Church is supported primarily through individual donations. Through your giving, you contribute to the expenses of the church, the relief of the poor, and the spread of the gospel through all nations. Giving generously and cheerfully is an act of worship to God. (2 Corinthians 9:7)
Online giving is possible through your MasterCard or VISA credit card, or with a VISA Debit Card. You can set up online giving either as a one-time donation or a recurring gift. Online giving is not only easy, it’s also safe and secure.
Cash, Cheque, Debit or Credit
You may give with cash, cheque, debit card, or credit card in our giving times during each service. A debit machine is available in the foyer for debit card or credit card giving. Be sure to include your name and address on the offering envelope so that donation credit may be provided for tax purposes.
Cheques can be made payable to Gospel Centre and mailed to:

As a Canadian Registered Charity (Charitable Organization Number: 118942184RR0001), we are able to issue charitable tax receipts for all eligible donations. In order to receive the appropriate documentation you need for tax purposes, your name and address must be clearly identifiable on your envelope. For gifts made by mail at year end, Revenue Canada regulations require that the postmark stamped on your envelope bear the same year as that for which you intend to receive credit for the gift. We are precluded by law from crediting in December any gift received by mail postmarked in January of the subsequent year. Receipts are distributed no later than February 28 of the following year.
Restricted Gift Policy: Spending of funds is confined to programs and projects approved by the Deacon Board. Each contribution directed toward an approved program will be used as designated, with the understanding that, when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason, as determined by the Deacon Board, the remaining restricted contribution will be used where most needed.
